Just to update you, the singing group for people with dementia and their carers, funded through Crossroads Care was thrown out of Moorhouses Brewery for being too disruptive to everyday business and a new venue had to be found. With the help of local press coverage many offers of premises were made and the group now has a new base at Rosegrove Unity Working Men’s Club. The really good bit is that it is a much larger room and we are able to accommodate even more people in the group and be as noisy as we like!

If you know anyone with a diagnosis of dementia who might like to attend the group with their care please contact Crossroads Care. There is no charge and it is a very friendly and supportive group
